Local raster preparation

PNG to CDR Converter

Embed PNG artwork or trace simplified color regions into genuine SVG paths for CorelDRAW.

This image is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to Navorika.

Native CDR vs CorelDRAW-ready output

CDR is CorelDRAW's proprietary native format. Navorika does not have a verified CDR writer, so it produces a genuine PDF, SVG, EPS, PNG, or JPG that CorelDRAW can import. Open the result in CorelDRAW, check fonts and pages, then choose Save As → CDR.

About PNG to CDR Converter – Embed or Vectorize

Preserve every pixel as embedded raster artwork or create simplified vector paths for logos and line art.

The image never leaves the browser.

How the calculation works

Preserve image

The original PNG is embedded inside genuine SVG or PDF output.

Vectorize

A bounded pixel-grid tracer groups horizontal color runs into SVG paths.

How to use this tool

  1. 1Upload a PNG up to 15 MB and 24 megapixels.
  2. 2Choose Preserve or Vectorize.
  3. 3Adjust detail, colors, and white-background removal.
  4. 4Download SVG/PDF, import it, and save as CDR in CorelDRAW.

Understanding the result

Embedded output is still raster artwork.

Traced output contains real paths but is an approximation.

Important limitations

  • No verified native CDR writer is configured. The download is a genuine CorelDRAW-ready interchange file, not a renamed or simulated .cdr file.
  • Vector tracing is best for flat logos, signatures, and line art; photographs can become blocky and create many paths.

Frequently asked questions

Does SVG make every PNG editable?

Only vectorize mode creates paths. Preserve mode embeds the unchanged raster image.

Is transparency preserved?

Preserve mode keeps PNG transparency; vector mode skips transparent pixels and can remove near-white areas.
